Attention Sellers & potential Sellers: All things being equal (and we’ll just assume the market over the course of 2010 will have similar factors as we don’t have a crystal ball), our Spring market -let’s call it March-May, is the best time to sell for the highest sale price of anytime between January-December. Things will keep ticking along this rocky bottom with reduced prices because of lack of jobs, oversupply of homes & the inventory of underwater homes currently in the marketplace and not yet available to the public.
